I Don’t wish unemployment on anyone, but this is one person who deserves to lose her practice permanently. You are a disgrace to the medical profession! You should be ashamed of yourself and you owe all of your former patients an apology for your lack of professionalism. Walk away now before your personal life becomes just as tainted as your work life. Shameful!!!

I found it repulsive having to sign a waiver that says I cant rate your service… the service sucks… doctor is rude… and i was over-​charged for the same work that my regular dentist does.

I also went to see this so called Dr. about 6 to 9 months ago and I had to sign what I am believing to be the same paperwork but I was only told to sign once I was in no pain due to the fact that the medicine they gave me made me to tired to realize what I had signed until the next day. I can say that I will thank god never go back to this scam of a Dr. and thank god my insurance paid it off after a huge fight with the Dr’s office. I was on vacation and I had to get a tooth worked on after I chipped it on dinner the night before. I hope they investigate this quack.
