The service was quite unprofessional and unsanitary given the prices they offer. Dissatisfied to say to least.

Management is full of lies! Probably the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever gotten. Spa Belles claims to clean it is is all a fraud. They just pretend to be clean. Yes there isnt dirt on the floor, but thats probably because they are hiding it. For example: 1. They claim their staff are required to disinfect their hands — never happened. In fact the only liquid that touched her hands was from her nose. 2. They claim to give each customer their own nail file and buffer in a plastic pouch. I saw my nail tech use the file and buffer on me and then after the service place it back into a pouch and pretend to «open it up» for a new customer! I should have known better when the file she took out looked used many times over, but she insisted it was clean. NOPE 3. They didnt even wash the dish used to soak my hands. Just dumped out the water and gave to another customer. 4. They claim to sterilize the metal equipment. Never happened. I saw tech after tech, simply wash the tools in the sink with nothing more than water and put in a metal pouch and then reopen for the next customer. To top it off, my nails have already chipped, less than 24 hours after the service. This was beyond expensive — if I had wanted a dirty manicure, I would have gone to a cheap place. What a ripoff. I feel violated.

The price is high comparing to most places, but I have to say the service is really good. They do a very thorough job with my mani and the message, oooow, it’s def worth $ 15/10min! And what I really like is how clean and cozy this place is — this is the really why I’ll keep going back.

what a rip off. i had a gift card so i went here for a massage and pedicure. first i had the massage. i was lead to the basement spa area. it’s actually brand new and very attractive. the room unfortunately didn’t have the heat on and it was freezing. i got on the table and the massage was done through a towel — more pushing than massage. sometimes massages start that way but a lot of time passed and i had to ask for it not to be. the therapist did some aggressive stretching to me, which wasn’t for me so i asked him to stop. the grossest part was that something cold kept dripping on my back. i thought maybe it was his nose but couldn’t bring myself to ask. later i told a massage therapist friend and she told me it was sweat. gross. 45 minutes, $ 79. not worth it. after that i went for a pedicure. the pedicure seemed fine. they tried to upsell me but i got the basic $ 25 pedicure(at my old salon i get a mani-pedi any day of the week for $ 21 and it’s better). after examining my feet when i got home i saw that she hadn’t painted the area where the nail meets the skin on the left so the whole nail isn’t covered. this is not normal, i’ve had many pedicures and this one was inferior, no idea why is costs more. on the upside this place has no customers so you won’t have to wait.

Beautiful interior and superior service but boy do you pay for it! Spa pedicure is $ 68. It’s extremely detailed and probably worth more than most spa pedicures but not worth $ 68. I really want to like this place and make it my only nail salon choice but can’t bring myself to pay the steep prices on a weekly basis.

I REALLY like it here. The ambiance is everything and the reason for higher prices. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. You pay more than your standard mani/pedi but I promise there’s nothing standard here. They really take their time and spoil you a bit with comfort. I’ve only gone on weekdays, which are pretty quiet but I’ve been told weekends are busy. I’ve never made an appt so walk right in. I really like the selection of polishes they have and they keep everything pristine clean. Surprisingly this place is 3 floors and they offer quite a few services so I think I may try a massage in the future and see how that goes. I could go 1 block away and pay less at Jay’s but… you get what you pay for there.
