So this place is interesting. We at the office actually call it «Rumble in the light store». We’ll say something like, «that looks like an odd bulb, you may need to go to rumble in the light store for that». We gave it this name because when any of us go in there, the staff are so rude you literally sometimes want to p — h them in the face. They have a terrible no return policy and test the bulb you buy in front of you blatantly displaying the «don’t even think about coming back with this once you realize it’s the wrong one» look. On one occasion I said to them, «It’s 5 minutes before you close, I know it’s one of these two bulbs, and I won’t even break the seal on the one I don’t need, and I need the bulb today so if you don’t let me take both of them with the intention of bringing the wrong one back you will lose the sale». Their response. «NO RETURNS!». I put that in caps because he pretty much yelled it at me. I have many more of these stories, but I’ll stop here. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because although it’s rumble in the light store, they do have a shit ton of bulbs and if you need one that a regular store doesn’t stock, they probably have it although not cheap. But make sure to bring the old one in, pictures are no good. Remember, there are… NO RETURNS!!!
