I have to change my rating from five to two stars after the owner/​operator was less than honest with my girlfriend.
He told me that they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t get stains out of two dresses of hers.
Well, they charged me and, when my girlfriend went to pick up her dresses, he told her that he told me that if the dresses goto the factory for dry cleaning, we have to pay, even if the stains don’t come out. $ 32 later, stains aren’t out, and I’m upset that he invented this story.
Thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

I used to live in the building. Alan, the owner, is a very friendly and hardworking guy. Normally when I give him my laundry in the morning and it is ready by night. Even when I needed simple alterations, he is able to get them back to me same day. Of course the price at this laundromat very competitive.
I don’t think there is same day dry cleaning but I have been getting them back the next day. If there are any spots the dry cleaning missed (which has never happened to me), Alan always re-​clean them for free until the customer is satisfied.
Now I have moved a few blocks away I still use Sincere Laundry. On Sunday morning I texted Alan, 15 minutes later a very sweet lady is at my door to pick up and a few hours later I got my clothes back all nicely folded and wrinkled free.
