Used to love shopping here when it was so popular on Instagram .But the shoes are really just poorly made replicas of other popular high end shoe brands. Seems like the creative team just looks at all the great shoes from big fashion houses and turns them into Schutz copies. There aren’t any truly original styles .Look most brands are inspired by one thing or another .I feel like for the price point it shouldn’t be so obvious.

I love to write positive reviews but I have to be honest, I was very disappointed in the quality of the shoes I bought from this company. I mean I paid about $ 300 for a pair of shoes that have very poor quality and cheaply made. It was very disappointing. The design of the shoe I bought is nice and in style it the quality is way cheap especially for that price and believe me most of my shoes are $ 600 plus so I know quality when I see it. This isn’t it.

Received a giftcard from their corporate team to choose a pair of shoes from the Madison Avenue flagship store. I tried to redeem the card(which has no stated terms or expiration date) and was told it could no longer be honored. Strange way to treat corporate partners… And manager couldn’t have cared less.

Stylish trendy shoes. HORRIBLE customer service. I was so upset with my experience I asked to speak with the manager and she told me she was the manager. She was not friendly. I then asked if I can speak to somebody at the corporate office about the issue and she told me she was the«corporate office». Horrible!

Love love love!!! Most of my shoes are from here and the girls are so sweet even if I can’t always find my Size they look for something else. Size runs are not always available which sometimes is annoying but I guess they must sell a lot.

I bought my first pair of Schutz a few years ago randomly at a west village shoe shop with several brands. I fell in love. I don’t really enjoy super pointy shoes, as I want my feet as pretty as I can have them. But Schutz really is crafted pretty well and throughout the years wearing them all over NYC, I can last pretty much all night long. So when Schutz put up the Feechi sandal for sale on Instagram that I have been craving for six months, I called and had a sweet woman hold two pairs for me while I headed downtown. I had never been to their store, it’s a bit out of the way. But, upon entering all of the ladies were really sweet and helpful. I can’t stand overbearing sales people. They were not. They let me decide on my own, but were helpful when asking their advice. Perfect. Bought them! They’re beautiful. Great experience. Side note: try different sizes if you feel your normal size fits unwell as the sizing seems to be significantly different from shoe to shoe. No biggy.

their shoe designs are provocative but the quality is sooo CHEAP n UNCOMFORTABLE… the price goes up from $ 200~$ 400 but structure and material of the shoes are really NOT well made… with that price u can buy much higher quality from cole hann or vince camuto… i tried different variety of the shoes in size 8 n all of them were fitting differently… And NOTHINGISREFUNDABLE!!! i went there to buy my sister a gift but i realize nothing is refundable… what a service in upscale town!

During my recent trip to NYC, I absolutely fell in love with Schutz. The custom leather shoes in various styles — heels, pumps, wedge sneakers and more are all fabulous finds, PLUS you won’t second guess your purchase. The shoes are all very reasonable. Although I’m in Cali, I’ll never hesitate to order(by phone) my next pairs of shoes.

I just went in today to finally check out Schutz’ first US flagship store and WHOAAA. STUDSGALORE! 90% of the shoes were decked out in studs. The store has a sexy, mysterious vibe to it… dark with bright lights flashing underneath and over heels, pumps and flats. They have a whole section where you buy a pair of pumps and get a pair of matching flats for free. I’m not sure how long that deal is going for, so hurry up and go buy! The girls that work there are not overbearing(thankfully!), and are very helpful. I love that Schutz is affordable… their prices range from $ 125 to $ 300. Not bad for a store located on Madison Avenue, eh?
