Amazing amazing delicious, we forgot to drink our snapples and even forgot to put our soy sauce and hot sauce. And this never happens because we never ever ever eat anything unless we have our condiments ready. I was even thinking about taking it to eat in the car bc I had left my hot sauce in the car. Anyway, as soon as I opened the container, I fell in love. It was beautiful. BEEFANDSHRIMPTERIYAKIWITHEXTRABEEFANDSHRIMP . SODELICIOUS, I’m coming back before they close today.

They blow Watawa away for a mom and pops. Kind attentive and very good quality Sushi. This is where we go for our take out. And those comparing it to McDonald’s are pretty off mark and are are not comparing apples to apples. Now mind you I like #Watawa but they can be rude and don’t care that you are uncomfortable where you sit. #sakura beats them in service.

Chicken was so greasy probably because were sitting habachi for too long, I had irritating stomach for both times I was there. 10 seconds after I placed my order, my meal was packed and ready to go, which confirmed my doubt it’s not make to order.

As there are not many choices for asian food, i return to Sarku again but now i order chicken teriyaki. Compare to Mcdonald, Burgerking or DQ, your food is healthier in my opinion. Now the staffs are way better than before as well. 3 ½ stars from me

Nice and clean place the teriyaki is very good the portions are small which is okay the only issue is that there is too much rice used to make the sushi so there’s less food in the center. Good for quick and easy take out. I’ve had better sushi

It is a place that serves sushi and Japanese food in an area where Asian foods are very difficult to find. This is like a fast food joint like Macdonald’s, Burger King, etc. They have a small menu of sushi and some teriyaki rice bowls. I do have to admit that I was expecting some great food and a decent quantity of it due to the price I’m paying. I was truly disappointed to learn that a $ 4.99 Spicy Tuna roll and $ 3.99 Chicken Teriyaku roll is only six tiny pieces each totaling to close to $ 10! I figured by that amount of food, I can get it in a Food Emporium or Whole Foods for way less and more decent presentation. I bought the sushi for someone else and apparently the tuna wasn’t fresh and didn’t «sit right.» If you are in the Junction Boulevard area wanting some sushi, this would be it.

It’s Japanese fast food! It doesn’t cost a lot of money and it’s decent. Also located in a neighborhood that traditionally features food from latin and central america so I’m excited for some variety. Also they have fountain soda which I think is amazing in a land of can soda. My food was delicious and the portion was big enough to have left overs.

This is like mall food chicken teriyaki craving satisfaction. You know that mall chain that serves chicken teriyaki with the free samplers? Yes, they opened a branch here in Corona, Queens. The cooks are Chinese but that’s exactly how it is in the chain in the mall(I speak to them in Chinese). The cashier at this place spoke Spanish matching the demographic of this neighborhood. Food is pretty standard. I agree with B. B below that the food here is slightly too sweet. They NEVER have brown rice but I can deal. Overall, if you want a quick mall Chicken teriyaki fix, this place will do it but don’t venture out here if it’s out of the way.
