Salvatore Ferragamo

I was visiting New York on a business trip and I had some time to kill. This store is a new location. I’m not a big Ferragamo fan or client, my husband usually gets his shoes, wallets, and belts from Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. But after visiting this location, I was blown away how much knowledge Ana Marie had. She is a sales associate there and she was soooooo knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy but had so much knowledge and pride in the craftmanship of the products. She informed me that the reason why my husbands Ferragamo shoes were uncomfortable was because he had the wrong size which normally happens when you purchase the shoes from a department store. Unfortunately, my husband wasn’t with me so I’m going to have to buy his shoes in California or Hawaii which I’m not a big fan of. I have walked into those locations and the sales staff are not as friendly and knowledgeable as Ana Marie. She’s the best!
