This is a quaint location in the Brookfield Place. I was delighted when they opened a location in the downtown FiDi /​TriBeCa /​Battery Park area. This store is fairly small but carries this season’s «best seller» items. I like the seating area where you can try on the shoes and sit comfortably on the couch.
During my recent visit, the staff was very helpful and assisted me with a size for a winter coat. I didn’t have to wait a long time for someone to stop by.
Overall, I think the place was organized, clean and decorated nicely. However, they should add more styles/​colors for the coats in the store (variety is the spice of life for shopping) especially during the winter season. The inventory was low when I was there. Hopefully, that would not the case when I stop by next time.
