Do not ever shop here! Some jerk just tried to have me arrested because their scanner/​door buzzer didn’t work properly! The man was rude & called the police — when he could have just looked up that it was purchased 2 weeks ago at a different store!

It was my first time in a rickys and this entire time I thought it was just a hair supply store. However they had awesome costumes down stairs and a lil adult section. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I decided to check in and when I checked in I got a free «Ricky café no– frizz comb» just for checking it! It was great! Felt like a Unilocal achiever today!

Came here for a H’ween costume. They didn’t have it in stock, although advertised in their website. Not a huge costume area compared to H’ween Adventure. No employee available to help in that area either.

I love this place. The moment I walked iin the door I was greeted by a girl named Je t’aime. She was very sweet and very helpful.
I didn’t know much about the products I was buying so she walked me over to the area and helped me pick out products. she had a lot of knowledge about the various brands and was able to help me decide what to buy.
The store is great — amazing variety of hard to find products, nice layout, clean, excellent customer service!

It could be the fact that it recently opened. Or it could be that the staff at this branch are simply awesome but the SERVICE here is excellent and the inventory is extensive. I was in the area for brunch and I chanced upon this Ricky’s. They had an extensive array of wigs, hats and costumes and it was what drew me to the store. Why? Well, we want to venture into a a branch of practice that requires wearing costumes. Before your mind wanders elsewhere and for the record, it is covert investigation. Now, that it’s out of the bag, then it is not so covert then right? :)
Seriously, the downstairs area of this shop containing all sorts of costumes, wigs, clown shoes and other paraphernalia is very organized and everyone is efficient and will go out of their way to help you. I can foresee numerous jaunts to Ricky’s in my future. :)
