Bought Melatonin from this place. They only had 10mg, which is too high of a dose to take for insomnia if one has never taken Melatonin before. I didn’t want to spend more money on a pill cutter so I wanted to return it(it was unopened) and the manager wouldn’t return it because he said that per state law he couldn’t take back medication that left the pharmacy. He was rude about it and he spoke like he was a pharmacist and a lawyer, and he’s NEITHER. I’m a pharmacist and I have a law degree and I had to tell him that Melatonin was NOT a medication, it was a natural hormone that’s sold over-the-counter, but of course the manager didn’t listen. And he doesn’t know it’s not a state law, it’s a federal law that prohibits the resale of returned medications. He kept telling me that Melatonin was«considered medication.» Then when he couldn’t argue anymore, he walked away. It’s one thing to be ignorant, but it’s an entirely different issue to be ignorant and speak so confidently regarding things you don’t know about. He could have just said«I’m sorry I don’t accept refunds.» I won’t be buying anything from this pharmacy anymore, because I don’t appreciate ignorant managers commenting on things when they have NOIDEA what the hell they are talking about.

I decided to fill a prescription here because I work across the street and one of the pharmacy owners is a patron. The price for my fill was 33% less than what I usually pay at CVS or Rite-Aid and the quality of the generic was better as well. A reminder to shop local, independently owned businesses!
