Ambiance is really nice, so is décor. A nice little place to relax, get a cuppa and even work on your computer. Food & bevs were good, looked and tasted fresh. It seems they make’em on premisses. Would def go back!

Been wanted to come here for a while, so happy to finally be here! I came around noon on a Sunday so I figured it would be busy, but upon my arrival I was happy to see a nice, clean, open dining area with plenty of seating that wasn’t crowded. I came just for a cappuccino with my boyfriend and it was delicious. the staff is friendly and it’s got a great window for people watching. Worth it!

Best hot chocolate in midtown… it’s made with dark chocolate. Hope they never change the recipe.

What’s better than a quaint lil coffee nook tucked inside a big apparel store! Adorned with huge Windows which provides an awesome view of the gorgeous 5th Avenue stores, this is Ralph Lauren’s signature coffee shop. Branded with the green n white Ralph colors the coffee shop has coffees, scones, cookies, sandwiches and muffins. The cappuccino we ordered was nice n frothy and that flax banana walnut muffin was also quite moorish! N don’t forget there’s also a gift shop next to café!

Gotta admit this coffee was very good! The café is a bit hard to find, as you need to navigate through the second floor of Ralph Lauren shop, but once you get through the sweaters and ‘helfpul’ shop assistants, you can sit down and enjoy a good quality cappuccino. The lemon poppy seed muffin I tried was fantastic, but really overprices for the size! But well, it’s Fifth Avenue, baby… Drink it or leave it.

It’s located INSIDE Ralph Lauren’s store, second floor. Not the easiest to find, but quite rewarding when you do. The cappuccino was really good. Free wifi and nice retro coffee cans etc. to buy. Not a bad spot to grab a coffee and definitely better than the Starbucks omnipresent slurry! :)

It was quite a story how I found this Café, well, I am glad I did find itand i had really great time with friends here. ralph’s office is kinda hidding inside the building. we were almost miss it. The café was at the second floow inside building. Which the Ralph Lauren Polo flagship store. Right, the café belongs to the store. it is quite cool, I didn’t expected, such as big brand offered this lovely and elegent café place. There was also an area for gift shopping right next to the café. The coffee was quite good here, what made me even more surprised was the price, it just like any regular cafes you could find on the street, brilliant. the place wasn’that big, when we were there, the place was full, but some were about to leave, and they gave thier seats. for such as big group like us, we were really lucky, got place to sit down. You know how long people could spend thier time in a Café these days. I really like this place, although the café is indoor. so no smoking allowed. it might be a problem for some. But I think, if you just want to hang out with friends or simply enjoy a cup of good coffee, this place will be a great choice.

Super cute café. Ample seating for Christmas season. I ordered a hot chocolate, it took 15 minutes… Really it did. really pretty cup of hot cocoa, but no taste. Swiss Miss in the box taste better. You’re better off with Dunkin Donuts beverages.

The hot chocolate was delicious! My fiancé and friend ordered it and it was amazing! I got the cappuccino which was also great! There aren’t too many spots to sit so you may have to wait for someone to leave. But the designs in the coffee are very cute!

Craving a warm coffee after seeing the Christmas windows, my family and I wanted something other than Starbucks and stumbled upon the hidden coffee shop in Ralph Lauren. The aesthetic of the store was sophisticated and upscale; however, the coffee was over priced and the wait was horrendous. The milk and sugar station is all the way in the corner, which doesn’t allow for great circulation. I would definitely try coming here again on a quieter weekday, as I am sure the service would be better and the crowds less intimidating.

Super cute café and pretty decent coffee. Great place to sit down for coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this as take away coffee place due to the higher prices. If you are going to pay for a coffee here you might as well sit and enjoy the ambient and stick to Starbucks for your takeaway coffee.

A coffee shop secretly hidden in the Polo store! Very fancy! So they carry a great selection of pastries aside from regular coffee list. Tried the lime cookie set, really tasty! They also sell Ralph’s souvenir in the store attached to the coffee shop. Teddy bear was so cute. Such a hidden gem! I would love to revisit with a bigger stomach to try more of their cookies and yogurts. It was slightly pricey though.

I decided to check out this place since I was in the area and read about this place in a hidden gems of NY post. Upon entering the Ralph Lauren store where the coffee shop was located, I was greeted by a lack of greeters. All the sales people on the floor were either too busy engaged in their own conversations with each other or just gave you a glance of disgust and continued on their merry way. I walked straight to the second floor and upon entering was greeted by a counter selling cookies and other goods. Two girls were standing by the counter had looks on their faces as if they were mad at the world. This immediately put a bad taste in my mouth. They gave such nasty looks as I entered and didn’t bother to greet. Then I walked to the coffee counter to order my drink. The baristas were much friendlier and greeted me and described to me what drink I had ordered. I ordered an Americano. The drink was pretty average. The café does have nice décor and a view on 5th Ave. But otherwise, the snooty customer service and the overpriced beverages are a pass.

Shop Ralph Lauren. Drink his coffee. Eat his over priced sandwiches. Polo Ralph Lauren’s coffee house is hidden on the second level of this signature renowned Fifth Avenue retail store. Patrons will walk a labyrinth of clothing and a human tsunami of shoppers on the main level to pass through the second level. There are no signs to point patrons in the direction to find this coffee house. I had to ask an associate. With time to kill prior to my nearby doctor appointment, I came to coffee house for need to sit in stillness and peace to collect my mind. This coffee house has a vintage old fashion look with small squared floor tiles and parchment-ish vintage postcard as their business card. Two small pink pony sugar cookies is an utter dismal $ 3.50. The cookies were stale and not fresh. Overpriced. Mediocre food. Not worth the visit.

Great place for a cup of coffee, espresso, latte. The scenery is beautiful. The large tables in the center of the shop and next to coffee shop makes you feel right at home. The cookies are pretty affordable. The coffee drinks are a match to other nice coffee shops in the area.

Can I just say I am INLOVE with NY’s display/presentation/shopping/visuals *insert emoji with heart eyes* And here is a prime example of a true NY shopping experience!!! A beautiful little café on the top floor of Ralph Lauren. Honestly I fell in love!!! They serve coffee and baked sweets. I couldn’t help but order the fancy tiny muffin. Yes I had the coffee too and it was great. Wifi, lots of seating, and quite intimate.

Not really impressed. First of all, you have to walk past the unnecessary male models in the front(when did Polo become Abercrombie & Fitch?), walk upstairs and go through tons of customers just to get coffee. Second of all, the iced coffee was not good. I took 2 sips and threw it out. Almost $ 5 bucks, too. No thanks.

I love hidden little secrets! And this is definitely a Midtown East secret. I wanted to check this place out before work but it didn’t open until 10am. I worked for an hour and then I needed my caffeine fix. It was an easy walk to the Ralph Lauren shop. Very cool black and white fashion photography on the staircase walls. Then tucked away in the back left corner is Ralph’s. A pristine, white tiled, coffee shop. The corner spot provides these very large windows that are perfect for people watching. There was already a couple people ordering coffee. Obviously a locals hot spot. When I got up to the cashier, I decided to splurge on a $ 4.50 latte. They didn’t have soy but the barista suggested the hemp milk and assured me that it was quiet delicious. I trusted him and ordered that crazy new, hip milk, «hemp». Ha! Who knew the day would come that the nineties hemp bracelets would now be the same substance for the milk in my lattes. My how times have changed. I spotted a treat and sandwich display by the register. Everything was on the miniature side. I guess in a neighborhood like Midtown East, people are watching the calories A definite change from my previous work area, Downtown Brooklyn. I ordered the banana bran muffin for $ 3.50. It was moist, delicious and nutty but only a couple bites. The latte was super smooth and just what I wanted. The barista has officially gained my trust. I would definitely come here when people visit me at work or when I feel like splurging.

I met someone up at Ralph’s Coffee and I had no idea it existed… I really hope it stays that way. Tucked inside, upstairs, of the newish Polo store on 5th avenue, sits the coolest little coffee joint I’ve been to. It kind of reminds me of Toby’s Estate Coffee by Club Monaco in Flatiron with more room to sit. Whether you’re meeting someone for a work meeting, or a friend, or a date, Ralph’s secret little coffee shop is the place to do it! Lots of seating, good space, nice ambience, and not crowded. I love that that old-fashioned feeling that Ralph’s gives off. Patrons may be skeptical since this thing is called Ralph’s and it’s inside a Ralph Lauren Polo store, but don’t fret, my friends — this place is legit — not your average cup of joe(ha!). According to a friend, their hot chocolate is delicious. I had an iced green tea that was equally delicious and very refreshing. Will definitely have to be back to try some of their coffee and enjoy it inside the café. Best coffee space in Midtown yet!
