Avoid. Unnecessarily pricey for horrible service. My friend and I were treated withincredible arrogance by a staff that undoubtedly makes minimum wage. Who needs that?!

I went to the store to return a gift I had received for Christmas. After walking around the store for 20 minutes before I could find someone to help me, I approached a salesman who reluctantly said he could help me with my return. I gave him the item in the box I received it in, along with the gift receipt. I told him I wanted to return the item because I couldn’t find anything I wanted to exchange the item for. The salesman took my return into the back and came back and told me he had returned the item onto the credit card that the item was purchased with. This was a GIFT… the person who bought it for me now has the money credited back to their account. He should have asked if I wanted the money credited back to the card or if I wanted a store credit. I believe the salesman did this on purpose because he was annoyed he was not getting a sale off of my return. He was completely condescending in the manner that he dealt with me. I am really appalled at how rude and unprofessional he was. I guess because I wasn’t dripping in diamonds, he thought I wasn’t worthy of proper customer service.

I have probably been to every Ralph Lauren store on the East Coast. This one is the top of the line. Fantastic service with the largest selection. It’s way up on Madison (corner of 79 Street), but worth the trek uptown. They have pretty much everything you need and if they don’t, a sales person seems to have no trouble tracking it down for you. I always leave happy and broke!

Excellent clothes, service & store. The clothes are of the usual RPL quality and the 5-​story building is likewise exceptional. It’s all male here and you can certainly find something that suits you.
All in all a great flagship store for all Ralph Lauren brands.

This flagship store is an absolute must see. Floors and floors of divine, stop-​you-​in-​your-​tracks RL. The staff were helpful and courteous. Make sure you make it to the top floor to wander through the homewares.

This is Ralph Lauren’s all women’s store located right across from their iconic Rhinelander mansion. The store just opened last October and it is certainly a sight to see!
Done in pure Ralph aesthetic, the store features a beautiful staircase which leads to 4 fabulous floors full of gorgeous merchandise. On the first floor you will find their shoe salon, a section of sunglasses, various accessories, but most importantly, their fine jewelry collection in the right wing. Obviously you’d find selected vintage pieces, but personally I love their new diamond collection. I fell in love with the rose gold eternity band ring as well as the white gold chunky chain ring.
For their fine jewelry, they have a joint venture with luxury company Richemont, who also owns Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, just to name a few. Just a really neat fact that RL jewelry is made with timeless quality that you’d come to expect.
