You get what you pay for. This is an affordable hotel in the heart of Time Square. If that’s what you are interested in then you’d rate it higher than I did. I paid about $ 250 a night for a tiny room, ¾ bathroom, free wi-​fi, and flat panel wall-​mounted TV (plus).
This hotel fell short of my expectations. The elevator system is a joke. I ended up walking 6 flights of stairs because the elevator was so small and slow. When you did get a chance to ride it you were in fear for your life. I actaully was trapped in the elevator for like 7 minutes while the four of us kept pushing «open door». It finally worked.
The employees there are less than professional. One seemed spaced out on drugs, the other was gabbing on the phone with her boyfriend (or someone) angrily. Another wandered around lobby with shifty eyes.
On the plus side the location next to Time Square is amazing. Walk outside this hotel and you are in the middle of Time Square.
I would NOT stay here again. I would pay $ 100 more to stay somewhere of better quality — pun intended.
