Great experience good food everyone is very friendly
Prices are good didn’t have to break the bank

The food was great, very tasty! The place was clean and the service was excellent!!! I ordered a streak, burrito bowl. It was flavorful and filling. The staff was helpful and efficient. Great place to stop if you’re in the mood for quick Mexican food.

Pretty much the Subway of tacos and burritos!
While getting something installed on the ride i walked over to Qdoba for a quick bite to eat and i don’t like sitting alone so it was to go so just grabbed a few tacos.
I kinda knew it wanst the perfect choice when i was told that there was no more steak left, really ?? How does a chain taco burrito joint run outta steak, i mean the little family run businesses i can understand because they usually buy their meats fresh daily but a chain, cmoonnn !!
Anyway the tacos were OOOKKKKK but very salty and the taco just split open when i went to grab it so it pretty much became a «Taco Bowl» because i had to scoop it out with a spoon.
Not a fan of food thats already been prepared and just sitting there waiting for its next victim lol ok its not that bad but not really good either.
Like i said «Subway of tacos and burritos «because the only reason i would eat here is because there was no other choice around besides Chinese takeout and i didnt feel like eating Chinese.
Not gonna say stay away because it wasnt terrible but wont go out of my way for it either.

The whole experience wasn’t quite what I expected. They were running a lunch room type of service.
Call out your selection they prep it and off you go.
I had no idea what I should order no assistance, no conversation, and not even eye contact. I would not go back.
The food wasn’t good, tons of heartburn since I ate it. Guacamole was brown that should have been the sign.

I usually eat at the Qdoba in tottenville and everything is always Fresh and the place is clean
I was in this area amd saw this location of Qdoba I decided to eat here
Was VERY surprised to to see a C Rating
But I decided to go in any way
I must admit the place was clean every person was wearing gloves and very professional looking so I ate there and the food. Was just as delicious as tottenville location I did not see anything that appeared to be dirty or out of place
So I say go eat there and enjoy your meal
I hope what ever caused them to get the C Rating is fixed and cleand up

I like this place but their healthy rating is currently a C. I’ll wait till that changes before coming back.

I actually went out of my way to go here, didn’t even walk in. Why? There health inspection grade is a «C»!!! Until I see an «A» I wont step foot inside.

Food was fresh and tasted great. I had to wait a little due to the fact that they had just opened but staff was very attentive to my needs and it was a pleasure to interact with them. Very friendly. I felt comfortable eating at Qdoba and will def. come back.

The amount they give you compared to chipotle is very different. Quoba give you less than chipotle and their prices are nearly the same.
Their steak are very dried so I suggest getting chicken or a different meat. However, everything else is fresh and great! I can’t complain about their food because I love it! They’re very similar to Chipotle, just some little differences.
They offer bathrooms to customers and wide arrangements of seats to eat-​in. Soda/​drinks are self served which is great! Can’t complain about free-​refills. Since this place is near Dunkin Donuts, I just use Dunkin Donut’s wifi when I’m here.
I usually just ask for a water cup because I personally drink regular water and I add a lemon when eating meals like this. But the employees look at me like if I’m going to use their free water cup to get soda or something LOL. Thank you for that amazing customer service (sarcasm). Having them look at me in that way really does bring my mood down.
I come pretty often during my breaks between my classes because I love Mexican Grill food and because there’s no chipotle in Staten Island :/​.
I recommend this place if you’re in the neighborhood!

Since last year the price has gone up, quality the same and the quantity dropped. Good job. Not.

I am giving Qdoba zero stars. Do not get this message wrong, the food itself is delicious. the service, however, is appalling. It’s understandable that things happen from time to time but today was truly unacceptable. I called at 12:10pm to order lunch aheesd of time for pick up at 12:30. Thus, giving 20 minutes for 2 burritos to be made. If you know Qdoba they make the burritos in front of you in a matter of three minutes. 20 minutes is more than sufficient enough time to make burritos. I work in retail and only receive a half-​hour lunch so timing is crucial for me to actually eat. I arrived 12:36 assuming I was 6 minutes late that it definitely should have been ready for payment and pickup. I waited, waited, and waited it wasn’t until 12:59pm that I received my food almost 25 minutes passed my order requested time. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for food while at least 9 – 10 people that were in actual line received theirs. I’m extremely unhappy and my entire company always goes there for lunch and they definitely will be hearing about it. They were apologetic so it wasn’t malicious however that also doesn’t give me my lunch break back.
Dissatisfied they could have at least not charged for the chips and guacamole or one of the burritos.

Second time here, the food is fresh and delicious. Tastes better than Chipotle to me as the flavors do not overwhelm eachother. I’m probably going to be eating a lot of bowls here this summer!

I usual order the same thing, but the last 2 times the food made me sick. Look at all the grease left after I ate. Disgusting! It’s never been like this before. I’m so disappointed.

Qdabo is a great option on Island we got all pizza and Italian food everywhere but if you want burritos tacos salads and bowls this is the best option!

Loved it here until my boyfriend found a piece of raw meat in his burrito… never again.

The Mexican gumbo was delish!!! Must try if you come here!
I got the pulled pork soft tacos and my bf got the chicken burrito.
I ended up liking his burrito better and he ended up liking my taco better so we switched.
To me, the pulled pork had no taste and was way to «moist» for it to not have any flavor.
The burrito was nice and flavorful though.
And make sure to be near a bathroom when digesting lmao…

The food here is all very bland! No taste whatsoever. Also very expensive. I only go there when I get a bogo coupon. $ 10 for a burrito with guacamole is crazy!
The burritos are wrapped in a soggy tortilla, or at least that’s how it gets after you put on the salsa and sour cream.

I was super excited this place was around the corner from my house! Theres no fast food mexican places on the island so i was happy it was so close. We decided on ground beef tacos, pulled pork nachos, and shredded beef burrito everything was really fresh and tasted really good. Great variety. Portions are big. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I took off a star the tables werent kept up with and it was a little cold in there. Everything else was super clean. I will def be back.

I am glad they opened spot on the Island, it is good for quick lunch on the run.
It’s nothing fancy, typical chain, but food is fresh and interior is nice and clean. Salad is delicious — but pass on shell if you are watching you calories!
On expensive side.
