I wish I could say that I have actually gotten my nails done at this salon, but I haven’t. That’s because I was flat refused service with no explanation. I walked into the salon two hours before closing and two manicurists were working on two clients. One of them looked up and said, «sorry, we busy.» I replied, «No problem. I’ll wait!» And she then replied: «Sorry, not today.» I can’t even offer a commentary or explanation for this rude behavior that is diametrically opposite from 99% of other salons in NYC who will normally trip over themselves to make sure you don’t leave. It’s … just … weird.

Q is a perfect neighborhood spot for a pedicure. The«Organic Mango» with a few extra minutes of massage is my go-to… It’s certainly not the cheapest in the area, but it’s perfect for a quick, really well done respite after a long day. Definitely recommend calling ahead for an appointment to avoid any confusion regarding hours.(And making sure that you’re not waiting around!)

Which world do they live in? Regular Mani Pedi is $ 48 before taxes! Mind you this is just a regular one no spa nothing special. Seems they don’t care if they have business. Maybe money laundering lol
