I bought flowers on Saturday and they were dead on Monday. Over the phone they refused to replace them. I was told that I must have done something wrong because the flowers were fresh. I would never come here again. I have had better flowers from 1800 and Pro for half the price. Don’t waste your time or Money.

This florist did not deliver what was promised. Flowers did not appear fresh. Vase looked like it had been used before, and not properly cleaned. Much smaller arrangement than what was offered online and much less vibrant. Ribbon was small, limp and added nothing to arrangement. And the final insult, in an arrangement ordered for a young woman’s birthday, the balloon that was added (at an additional charge) was for a young boy. A complete disaster. When I called the store to give them feedback they blamed teleflora and took no responsibility for the mess they sent. Buyer beware!
