I manage a mid-size office and we use the«services» of Precision Interconnect. They are by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are rude on the phone, lie about when a service tech will be on site and offer no apology when he has missed 6 scheduled appointments consecutively. As soon as I am eligible to transfer to another provider, I will. Awful company on every level.

I am an office manager and this is one of the least professional organizations I have ever worked with. They are completely unresponsive, there is no customer service phone number anywhere on their website or email signatures. Emails are almost always ignored or replied to days later with extremely vauge replies. Their costs are astronomical, $ 60+ for every fifteen minutes !!! If you call to reset your voicemail, expect a bill. In other offices, we use Comcast Voip phones. The service charge is cheaper, the customer service is AMAZING and its all included. Even Ring Central is better. Dont walk, run away from these guys!

As a business owner I was surprized at the level of professionalism displayed over the phone. Emelia’s customer service skills is in the toilet! She can really use some ettique lessons when dealing with clients. She is not helpful with repair inquiries, she is extremely rude, doesn’t follow up with emails or requests. She is only invested in taking money for servicing when all we needed was to change out a dead battery. I will no longer use Precision’s services based on Emelia’s unprofessionalism.
