Everything in here is 3 times more expensive than other shops a little bit further out of Times Square. 4 blocks out, you’ll find better priced items. Sometimes even vendors in the central of Times Square have better priced items. I wish I would have known.
They refused to give me my money back for a shirt I accidently set on the counter because I forgot to put it away. This was literally after I paid for it! In the process they also lost my receipt and both cashiers did not care to look at their feet for it. I needed that to show them that they charged me for a pencil that I never received! Instead they just laughed at my face. I have never hated cashiers so much in my life.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAAAAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
