Visited Pax for the first time this week for a quick breakfast. Pax has a good variety for anyone in a hurry. It has breads, bagels, prepared sandwiches and yogurts. But, Pax also provides cooked to order sandwiches and full plates during breakfast. The team was fast and efficient. The coffee is great. It was Christmas Day and yes, it was hard to get a smile out of any of the staffers. They obviously preferred to be at their own homes this holiday. I can’t blame them.

Was disappointed with my recent experience here. Went to get a quick lunch, and pay with cash. They did not accept my $ 10 bill because it was too old, and had a very «well, it’s your problem» attitude. Good food, but rude customer service and disappointing.

I ran here for a quick lunch during my break. Everyone was extremely kind but I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. It was as if no one was sweeping or picking up what others left behind. I probably won’t be stopping here again.

The food was good, but the employees are the rudest people that I have seen in a long time. The price was also very expensive and they treat their customer as they were doing them a favor by feeding them. I will not come here ever again and I will advise people to spend money somewhere else.

not one of my favorite pax’s. they skimp on the quantities and it always ends up coming out more $$ than the pax like 4 blocks away on madsion. for a quick salad or sandwich in this area, metro on 6th ave is a better bet for sure.

I had a Chicken Fajita Pressata and it was good and filling; though i suspect that they’re like that at all locations. People are hard on this location maybe because it’s Times Square (and let’s face it… what self respecting NYer wants to be eating in Times Square), but it’s not bad. It wasn’t terribly annoying or crowded or dirty. It was fine.
And about the prices people have mentioned… well again, it’s NY. Everything is expensive here. I didn’t even notice the prices.

I stopped by here this evening with my friend Jennifer. We ordered two cups of flavored decaf java and shared a red velvet cupcake. It was decent, but nothing special. I appreciate that they include the nutritional contents and calories of their food. I didn’t want to go over my 1,500 a day calorie intake and didn’t want to deprive myself either, so having all that information posted is very much appreciated. They seem to carry a variety of healthy, nutritional items including soups, salads and breakfast items. I enjoyed their flavored coffee here and they seem to carry a good selection of teas.

This place got pummeled here… wow. Didn’t think it was that bad, although we just had a cookie brownie thing. It was actually pretty damned good. Don’t think it was all too wholesome, but it tasted good!

The desserts looked good, but I couldn’t afford one after paying almost $ 9 to have them throw a bunch of crap into a bowl and mix it around into a salad.
Only plus side is (if I’ve got the right location) you can look out the door and see an enormous billboard for a «Gentlemen’s Club» covered with a photo collage of classy ladies in thongs with legs spread wide for all to see.

This place seems like a lower quality Europa from the selection of food to the look of the place and it’s branding. I’m not a huge fan of Europa, but their sandwiches have more flavor.

I end up stopping here a lot for coffee or lunch on the run since I work across the street, but it always seems so crowded and overpriced. I mean, should a salad and a coffee really cost $ 13??? It’s ok on the run when you have no other choice, but given the area, you have plenty of other choice!

Generally I like eating a Pax, but this location is overcrowded and over touristed. The dessert’s at Pax always look better than they taste, so admire them in the display, but save yourself the calories and don’t order one.
