I was quite late to my appt. and Passport Health was still able to accommodate me after a very short wait. I had come for a prescription for anti-​malarials (Malarone), got it very quickly, and had a nice chat with the nurse. They have some medicines available here as well as a number of vaccines, so if you’re tight on time this is a good one-​stop option. Cost to see a nurse for the Malarone prescription was $ 55 (I filled the prescription at Walgreens).

Incredibly over priced. People were nice enough but over $ 800 for Hepatitis, Typhoid, and Malaria meds was incredible. I would recommend anything else.

I visited Passport Health in Oct 2014 in preparation for 3 months travel in remote villages in Laos and India. Based on their website, I thought I was going to a specialized travel medicine clinic where I would be provided a deeper understanding of the risks, responsibilities and preparations. I was very disappointed with my experience. While I did meet with a very nice nurse. she provided only the most boilerplate printed information which is easily obtained on the web. Absolutely nothing unique, special or prepared in a condensed format which would have actually added value. She had never traveled to any of the regions I was visiting and was not in the least specialised to provide information beyond what she read on the internet! When I asked about risks associate with river bathing, she had no information. This is pretty basic for village travel! She called the doctor and he had no information either and actually was unkind to the nurse on the phone basically implying that she was wasting his time!!! I asked specifically about Giardia which is a known issue in rivers and I was hoping to have some more professional and expert advice on how to evaluate if a river is at high risk of containing Giardia (e.g. are rivers that move quickly at lower risk?)
Bottom line I paid money for nothing and I have engaged another vendor

Passport Health is a great service. They scheduled my appointment quickly, were super friendly, and the RN who took care of me (Linda) was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. She definitely made me feel like I’m protected against any possible travel diseases!
Pretty much the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the fact that it exemplifies the idea that you can get anything if you’re willing to pay for it (i.e. they don’t bill insurance and as it turns out vaccines out-​of-​pocket are super expensive), but the fact that they stock vaccines (so you don’t have to wait for your doctor to order them) and are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly (almost) makes up for the hefty price tag.
In the end, my procrastination on this means the added cost was my own darn fault, and I highly recommend them if you’ve left your vaccinations til the last minute.

Prime customer service. Went here to get a vaccine for a trip in August and everything from scheduling/​rescheduling the appointment to being seen to dealing with the RN was great. The nurse I met with, Ms. Elizabeth Patton, was extremely detailed and knowledgable about the vaccines I needed and additionally, helped me interpret my previous immunization history. She also outlined all the medications and supplemental aides I might need (i.e. sunscreen) and where to get it. Though very energetic almost bordering intense, I felt as if she answered all my questions and patiently listened to my concerns. All in all, great experience and no complaints! I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Whoop.
Btw, super easy to get to via public transportation!

Had to go here to get a vaccine for work. I called a few times asking questions before making my appointment. Each time the person I spoke too was informative and helpful. They even called me back twice after leaving a message, and after being told they would find out something and call me back. They fit me into an afternoon appointment and when I arrived they were professional and fast. After going back to the room I was given the shot quickly and was out the door in no time. Good location and a nice door man to tell you the floor it’s on. I can’t comment on the price, as my work paid. If you have to get a vaccine, I recommend going here.

*Excellent* service! I’d made appointments for us to have Hepatitis A vaccines this past Saturday, since they only have Saturday appointments once or twice/​month and it’s difficult for my husband to take time off of work because he commutes quite a distance. We were driving there early on Saturday and got a flat tire (thank you, humongous NJ potholes [late-​night commute home on Friday]), so I was forced to cancel at the last minute. They were very nice about it (even though they could have undoubtedly scheduled someone else if only they’d known we couldn’t make it). Since we’re departing for our vacation on Saturday, we had to take the only morning appointment available this week (mid-​morning today).
We met with the nurse and discovered we *don’t* need the vaccines because we’d had them in ¹⁹⁹⁹⁄₂₀₀₀ (they’re done twice, 6 – 12 months apart). At that time, we’d been told the vaccines would only provide protection for ten years. However, the nurse today called the manufacturer for confirmation that we didn’t need more injections — and she was told it’s now believed that the protection lasts for *34* years. Certainly we were glad (although admittedly it would have been good if I’d been asked if we’d ever had the vaccines when I made the initial appointment) — but the really nice thing is that the nurse only charged us $ 75 because of what happened (whereas we were supposed to pay *$ 330*). She certainly would have been justified charging us half the cost. They potentially lost a lot of money on us (twice) — although again, our only fault was in getting the flat tire. Still, everyone who I spoke to on the phone (at any point) was *very* pleasant and so was the nurse.
