Only Hearts

Most of Only Heart’s items have a relaxed feminine vibe that is perfect for lazy Sunday mornings — there isn’t a large selection of underwire bras so I wouldn’t recommend this store for a woman who needs a lot of support or is looking for anything overtly sexy. The prices seemed expensive, but not that unreasonable for items made in NYC and using organic materials. ($ 90 for chemises, bras ranged from $ 50+, underwear from $ 20+). There is also a sale rack which had some good discounts.
I stopped by the UWS location after purchasing a Gilt City voucher. The store is small, but packed with delicates. In addition to lingerie they have some dresses, jewelry and a cute selection of heart themed baking supplies.
I noticed that they mostly left out a size small items, I think that the sales associates would have been happy to pull another size if needed but I felt pretty self conscious asking. The manager (I think) didn’t feel especially welcome using my voucher — I already decided on an $ 88 dress and asked for help finding an item around $ 12. Instead, they showed me a set in the $ 150 range ??

My husband saw something in the window of Only Hearts and purchased it for me for my birthday. He was sold a camisole and tap pant. He told the saleswoman that I was a small bottom, and medium top. This is what she claimed to have sold him. They advised that the item was fully refundable/​exchangeable if I did not like it or size was wrong. when I opened the birthday present the bottom was a M which would swim on me. We went right back to the store to make the exchange. They refused to do so. We have been in conversation with the store as well as corporate and they refuse to resolve the situation amicably (all we asked for was an exchange). I think that they lack totally in customer service, have an overpriced but extremely limited selection of lingerie, and I would caution anyone shopping for lingerie to use a big box store or reliable website with a much more liberal return policy and a sense of business ethics. They took complete advantage of my husband and refuse to make it right.

I got a bra and panty set ($ 120) on Sunday. When I got home and tried on the bra, I realized that the strap was broken (defective stitching, I suppose). I went to exchange it the next day, but they didn’t have one in stock. Because it was not their store brand, they refused to try to fix it.
The sales girl took my information, and said the manager would call me. I emailed the store, but still no word. For an $ 80 bra, I expect much quality and service. Very disappointing experience.

Only Hearts’ upper west side store is always fully stocked with easy pieces for layering or to wear as separates. The delicious tops are always in demand by devoted customers.

Such a great store! I stopped in one day to buy a gift for my friend, and ended up buying a few things for myself as well. They have a great selection, and the staff is very helpful. I picked up some organic cotton and and so fine sets; the feel of the fabric is amazing. I will definatly shop here again!

I came in to buy one of the long charmeuse gowns they carry as a present for a bride-​to-​be. They only carried size small and medium in all of them. Bad inventory. Sorry, OH, I spent that $ 350 elsewhere!
I wear size 32a, so I don’t need a ton of support. However, their bras are so stretchy and supportless, I see no point. Also their sizes run large and they don’t carry XS, so if you’re small like me, don’t bother. Again, bad inventory.
They’ve got some cute picture frames and knick knacks, but I wouldn’t spend your money here on actual lingerie… that is, if you can find your size in the first place (size mediums only!!)
My final reason for the one star is because I experienced the kind of weird hovery customer service that makes me so uncomfortable I don’t ever want to return. Give a girl some room, eh? They weren’t any better on the phone, either, when I called about the gown. WEIRD PEOPLE.

Good service, good selection, good vibe.
We will go back … Marjorie went out of her way to get my wife just what she needed for her special outfit.
