The woman that answers the phone is one of the rudest people in New York. They NEVER call back and when they do, you wish they hadn’t. Her name is Cynthia and it’s basically impossible to make an appointment here. If you do, you feel like they are doing you a massive favor.

This is physical rehab office that’s part of the NYU Hospital system. I saw Brittany for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed my time with her. My PT was much shorter than planned, but like she said, she doesn’t believe in lifelong PT so her goal was to get me learning the proper exercises and motivate me to hit the gym myself to do them regularly. She was very sweet and extremely knowledgable. When I came back and said I couldn’t really tell what to do from one of my drawings, she took my phone and actually took photos of me in each position to make it clearer. The only reason I knocked a star off is because I felt it was slightly rushed since 5 sessions didn’t do a ton for me. However, I’m hitting the gym all the time now and trying to get ‘er fixed!
