Jimmy the optician refused to repair my Oakley glasses because they were not purchased in that particular Oakley store.

I’ve never had such a great retail experience. The customer service is as good as it gets. Damien helped me with finding the right frame fit, and was super patient and detail oriented. I spent a good 45 minutes mulling over customization options and he pulled every lens type so I could test them out. They really love their products and it shows. I’d go back for a second pair in a second. Fantastic!

I had my prescription sun glasses done at the store and received the best customer service from Jimmy Coello. He was very patient and help me select the best lens color for road running. He called me to check if the lenses were ok and offered assistance in case I needed. That is what I call good customer service. THANKYOUJIMMY!

Called the store to see if they had specific models in stock. The employee said they did so I walk in and find out they don’t. I get the impression they just want you to enter the store and try to sell you something you don’t want. The manager could care less about searching through inventory for what you are looking for. I’ll never step into this store again. Shame on you Oakley.

BESTCUSTOMERSERVICEPERIOD! Jimmy Coello really turned a terrible situation into a great customer service experience. Lenscrafters really messed up my frames terribly and Jimmy took the time to help me resolve my issue. He was nice, patient, and handled my situation with meticulous care and consideration. Seeing as though this situation did not happen at Oakley, Jimmy did not have to go to the lengths he did to help me, but I am greatly appreciative. THANKYOUJIMMY for your help and excellent customer service!

This is by far the best 5th avenue retail experience I had in my life… OK, I don’t shop on 5th that often, but these guys are oakley geeks, know what they are doing and love their products… I asked bunch of questions and they had answers. I’ve been to many Oak vault before and came home to order things on-line just because I didn’t get straight answer and had to do research on-line. No more. 5th Ave guys are awesome. I even learned a few things about Oakley history. Unlike the sunglass hut, you get what you pay for experience here. I hope these young guys would remain in the shop long time. (BTW, the new training gear from Oak is the ***t. they are light, soft, and wicks great.)
