I’ve been taking the Strength & Conditioning class with Coach Matthew for a little under 6 months now and must admit that it may be one of the best fitness decisions I’ve ever made. I work out at Equinox, take spin classes, and do yoga. But the awesome part about these NYC Endurance classes is that I’ve seen results within a really short amount of time and I love it. I must admit that I was a little intimidated at first but that quickly faded the second I started my first class. The group dynamic is always very friendly and, most importantly, always supportive. Highly recommended for anyone that’s looking for a more exciting and positive workout.
