Make sure you call ahead of time. They’re never at the store during the open hours, impossible to consistently drop off /​pick up your laundry.

Aside from the shift manager being a snarky dick, this place is a rip off in mom and pop shop clothing. They literally just take in clothes at twice the price and drop your laundry off down the street in Chinatown to be done by someone else. This is why the place doubles as an art gallery/​event space/​dog show (seriously wtf?). You’re better off taking your clothes 2 – 3 blocks down the street and saving 50% on all your cleaning.

The place was awesome! I don’t typically get excited about a dry cleaner, but its the nicest dry cleaner I have ever been to. I sat there, got work done, and drank some coffee. Oh, and my clothes came out great. Definitely Recommend!

I was visiting NYC for a wedding and I brought 2 gowns for the occasion to this dry cleaner. The next day they told me that all the clothes got mixed up (?) and that they couldn’t find my dresses. Eventually I got one back on time (like 10 minutes before the ceremony) and the other dress was missing for 3 weeks. They send it to my home address and guess what? It went from beige to purple (!!!) so I don’t know what they’ve done with it, but they completely ruined my € 500 gown.

Perfect neighborhood spot for any wash and fold, dry-​cleaning or alteration services. They have fun artwork on display and also complimentary coffee for when you drop off or pick up. SCORE! I met the owner Michael last time I was in dropping off, it was so nice hearing his story and he also mentioned they coordinate house cleaners. I will definitely be using this in the near future!

I love this place! It’s so vibrant and interesting and the service is great. I came in and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee while looking at the artwork after I picked up my dry cleaning, which was done in a timely fashion. Shout out to the counter girl Jennifer. She was very sweet!

This place is pretty horrendous. Dropped off wash & fold and dry cleaning only to find that they had washed and ruined my dry cleaning. Not to mention, they are suffering from an identity crisis and have turned the laundry place into a coffee bar/​art gallery/​pop up thrift shop. I think they should focus on one thing and doing it WELL!
