Ive been going to Nicholas for years. The service has always been great. The souveneirs, tshirts, & other random paraphenalia are unique. The fragrant oils smell wonderful aaaaaand they carry Dr. Bronners coconut oil! Its a community wonderland. A great resource

I posted this review on their old location listing, but I want to warn everyone so I’m posting on their new listing.
I wish I could give no stars. I went in to buy oils and the sales lady act as if she was helping me. The different size bottles yet same name of scent smell absolutely different. I attempted to EXCHANGE the bottle that the sales lady sold to me from behind her counter (I never knew that size existed) and she blatantly told me she didnt give me the oil and I cannot exchange it. Let’s keep in mind I never opened the bottle or took it out of the paper bag, which she wraps a special way. So with the knowledge of the product never being touched she still refused to exchange the oil. I was not asking back for money, I was merely asking for the right oil that was so highly recommended from these thieves. STAY AWAY
