New York Eye & Ear Infirmary

First time here. I walked right in before 6pm and was checked in and greeted by a warm and friendly smile by Shameeka. (This girl knows exactly what true customer service is.
As I was being checked on & my paperwork was being filled out I heard a woman come behind the front desk and said loudly «it’s 6pm… I’m leaving, not sure why we would have another appointment.»
I could not believe that someone like this «Ana» would say something like that, especially when I could hear her clearly. She then again came out a second time and said oh I did know we had a patient here & continued to mumble under her breath. Completely unprofessional.
The quality of service here is good and I would return… Although because of someone on staff having a negative attitude my business was almost out the door.
