everything about this store and my experience with it was terrible. i purchased a tux rental before entering the store and once in the store what i purchased was not available. you need to get buzzed up from the street, but the store doesn’t have a have their name on the list. once i was able to call them on my cell and have them buzz me up the women working were rude and even though there was no one else in the store it took a long time to get service. i had an event that night and they did not have the rental i already purchased from them. they wasted my time and now i have to figure out how to get refunded for a purchase i never got anything for but this terrible experience.
