The service on the floor when we were actually shopping was amazing. The guy that was helping us was incredible and very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly. We purchased a bunch of things to the Grand total of close to 700 – 800 $. My fiancé got 3 sports jackets and we had the tailored. They said it would take 2 weeks. We came back on Thursday (1 day before they were supposed to be ready) on the off chance that they had them done. They weren’t, which I semi understood. However, it amazes me that they left it to the last minutes.
We couldn’t come back Friday, so we are here now– one day after they should have been done. We are currently waiting for almost a half hour while the tailor finishes his jackets.
I think this is pretty unprofessional. I’d toy day they will be done, have them finished.
Unfortunately, I will never have things tailored here again if I can help it. But I will be buying clothes from K&G again!

I love this place they have a great selection at super prices. Even though they own Men’s Warehouse you get better deals here. They usually have great sales on suits like 2 for $ 200. Big selection of shirts and ties in every size. The in house tailors are decent but need a little push
