Let me start by saying that I’ve been a regular customer of Naya for almost a year now. Service has been and is still very good here and food quality is fairly consistent. Yes, lines are half way down the block from 12pm-1:30pm. The thing that has definitely changed is «portion size». My go-to was the beef kebab roll or bowl and the size of the meat, cmon, it’s leaves me saying«where’s the beef!?»… seriously, Naya used to use approx 4 – 5 Half-Dollar pieces of beef(the size that would be on a beef kebab that’d you make at home)… now, they must dice them into 4 smaller pieces… So today, three coworkers and myself each got 5 – 6 Dime-Sized pieces of beef. Crazy. I know. I said something and the person said we could order«double meat for an extra charge»… PS even the double meat isn’t as much as they used to give for one portion. Long story short, prices have gone up while portion size has gone down.

Very fresh and tasty. Stopped in and had the felafel on wheat shell. Felafel was not heavy or greasy. My daughter had the chicken shawarma bowl. Hummus and chicken were tasty and fresh. Prices and portions were good. Two of us ate for under $ 20 w/o drinks except for the free water cups. Place was clean and staff was helpful.

Obsessed!!! I go for lunch atleast once a week and I like to think of this as Lebanese chipotle. The lines are long at lunch but they move quick! The falafel is super fresh crispy and not oily and the toppings are amazing especially the Zatar onions. My go to is either a falafel wrap or salad and definitely big portions!

Super popular lunch spot, but they’re efficient, so even though line is out the door, it’s like 10 mins before you get your food. Redeemed a $ 3 Level Up credit(for first timers at Naya) and got the Naya Your Way — Naya Bowl with Kafta lamb kebab. Total was supposed to be around $ 10, but turned out to be just $ 7 with the credit. I got 3 delicious lamb kebabs with hummus, garlic spread, tomato, lettuce, onion mix, cucumber pickles, pickled turnips, jalapeño, and white and green sauce. Also came with a side of pita bread. Overall, pretty sizable portion that lasted me 1.5 meals. I was prettyyyyy satisfied and everything tasted really fresh. Highly recommended!

Came here around 2 pm on a Monday and got a Falafel Wrap. The service was quick and the wrap wasn’t bad. I like how they press the wrap on a grill after choosing toppings. I wish they had the option to add feta cheese inside instead of just a side of feta but I’ll take it. The Garlic Whip is good. Although they didn’t really spread it evenly end to end. They kind of just slapped a very thin layer of the Garlic Whip at one end which left the other end of my roll without any Garlic Whip at all. I would try this place again. I’m a sucker for Maoz though.

Came here for lunch and I have to say, the food is pretty tasty. We paid with Level up and got a discount which made it even better. I had the ground lamb and beef with half salad and half rice. It tasted amazing! I couldn’t finish the whole thing and ate the rest as leftovers the next day –still tasted pretty good! I approve! Will definite pay this place a visit again!

Love this place — food is delicious and if you didn’t try it – run there to get it, but be prepared to wait: there is a line, which most of the times ends outside and some rushing on filling station and checkout which instead of speeding things up, slowing down. Filling station personal will ask questions but will never listen to the answer. Then you have to repeat and correct. Checkout is always rushes, making mistakes and so on too. Oh well, food deserves it. That costed them one star.

My coworkers are obsessed with Naya, but I never really got on board — until yesterday! I got the Chicken shawarma bowl with hummus, onions, lettuce & tomato, and red sauce. It absolutely hit the spot! Warning: This place is a ridiculously popular spot during the lunch hour on weekdays. Be prepared to wait in a long line, and know exactly what you want to order before you get to the counter. This place moves at a face pace and it not for the non New-Yorker side of you.

Food is amazing but during lunch hours you will have to wait in long queue. Believe me queue is really long. For almost $ 10, I had Falafel bowl. All ingredients were fresh and dressings were apt. You can also have complimentary Pita bread and extra sauces. Quantity is great. For my appetite it was too much. Service was very friendly. limited seating available.

First off, if you come during peak lunch hours, be prepared for a line out the door. The process is very Chipotle-esque in that you choose your bowl/salad/wrap, then your meat or falafel and then load it up with toppings. It runs like an assembly line and the staff is not even remotely friendly. Be prepared to drop around $ 14 for a standard lunch. While the ordering experience isn’t that great, the food is really good. You will be filled up with decentt-sized portions and fresh ingredients. Tip: If you’re ordering the garlic whip, while delicious it will literally linger in your mouth all day, so you might want to load up on gum or mints.

Service was very friendly — they didn’t get annoyed when I asked what the sauces are, etc. Tip: If you’re gonna come, come at 11AM — otherwise there will be a long line. Food — looks good and tastes okay. However, I got sick about an hour after I ate and had a stomachache the rest of the day. Uhg… so not worth it :(I was super disappointed.

Went in not really knowing what to expect — my buddy told me it was good so I gave it a try. Went with the salad, and just had to guy make me his favorite. It was delicious, so flavorful and one of the most filling salads I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back.

Love this place, had it for lunch today and received super fresh healthy portions of food. I got the falafel salad and all the veggies were crisp, beets and pickles were just the right amount of crunchy and tartness and the hummus made a perfect addition to tie it all together. I also tried their Sambousik Jebne and that was delish as well. My only minor critique is that the falafels were a little on the dry side. Will be ordering here again soon!

Decent fast lunch option in Midtown! I was super impressed at how efficient/fast they were, even when the line was out the door. The food itself was less impressive. I got the beef shawarma roll — beef was pretty dry and the toppings didn’t quite make up for it. Definitely get the spicy red and green sauces on the side! They add a good kick of flavor. I would be willing to come back and try something other than the beef — hopefully the others aren’t dry as well. Also I would probably get the bowl or salad instead of the roll as others recommend.

First time ever trying Lebanese food and it impressed me a lot. Not that hungry at noon so opted for the salad, however roll or bowl can always be chosen as substitute. Choices for meat include pork, lamp, chicken(either grilled or roasted) or some combination and toppings could be added as well. To keep up my healthy diet, I selected tomato and lettuce. Line was not crazy at all and it moved quite fast. Would be back.

Their bowl contains the antidote to your hunger but you will need to battle the work nemesis, Super Itis. Perhaps the wrap can lessen the damage but then your other enemy will appear, Captain Messy. Lamb kebab is dry but not gamey. Falafel is the winner for me. Toppings make the meal and boy, they got it down packed with the goods. I absolutely love their mashed garlic whatever-it-is. Folks avoid the garlic paste but not this gal! If I may… pile that on please! It protects me against vampires and helps me fend off annoying colleagues. It’s a win-win yo.

My co worker found this spot. And I trust her good food deals radar. I have been there a number of times now. The line is always out the door, if you are there at noon or 1 or 2. The good thing is that the line goes extremely fast. I like Naya because It’s hard to find a filing food meal for $ 10 in Midtown. And at Naya there is plenty of food. I am a pescatarian and love having a good number of vegetables. I always get the falafel salad bowl. If you get the wrap it’s a lot cheaper. But I like the salad because it’s more veg and less bread. And when you get a salad bowl they still give you a pita. The pita is nice and fluffy and comes on the side in a zip lock. The system is simple. You order your protein. I always get falafels. They always give you 5 balls on top of a bed of lettuce, you mix in tomatoes, radishes, sumac onions, hummus and I always splurge on baba ghanoush. Baba ghanoush is very smoky and the eggplant dip is just a must have in my book. I sometimes get hot sauce but it’s almost too spicy. I always take it to go, either to sit in the park or the office. I did notice the last time I was there that there are bottles of olive oil on the tables. So maybe when it cools down in the fall I will have a dine in experience. I will say that it would be great if they served the bowls in more compartment style. I don’t like when my falafels get soggy and I they are a little skimpy with the baba ghanoush. I want to keep it as one of my last bites but sometimes it gets lost int he mix.
