Good, competent doctor but falls short in other areas. Office is outdated, recordkeeping is antiquated and office staff, especially receptionist can be very brusque, bordering on rude. Tried to ignore it but why should I when it comes to my health? Office waits are minimum and appointments move fast, a plus. Doctor genuinely cares about her patients but can be brutal with her words. I also had to remind her what my issues were and what I was taking which can be scary. Files appeared to be hard for her to interpret at times. I decided not to settle. While I don’t need a warm and fuzzy office I did not want to feel like I was a bother. Having heatlh issues can already be stressful enough.

Terrible doctor, interested only in insulting and crucifying her patients. she tries to add unnecessary testing for higher insurance payout wasting your time and energy. completely unprofessional and rude. Do not go to this woman!

Most frustrating experience ever
Left my Job so I had a few weeks till my insurance would end. So I booked an appointment to have a physical and general checkup. Had to fast 12 hours. And when I got there I was refused to be seen because they were worried about getting paid
When I called my insurance company. They were taken back by this and when they called they were just as suprised I was being refused. They even spoke with them and were getting frustrated too. They asked if I’d like to file a complaint since it was a Blue Cross doctor recommended on their website in network.
Complaint has been filled against them by their own insurance Company as well
Do Not Go Here!!!

The doctor is incredibly rude. The staff is incredibly rude. When I mentioned my boyfriend (I’m a guy), the doctor immediately told me that she «does not give AIDS tests.»
The first time I met her she walked in and started yelling about how busy she was.
