While I think their services are helpful, I get into trouble every time with insurance reimbursement. Unfortunately, MoleSafe bills in such a way that insurance reimburses a «short office visit» while it’s a long visit(and MoleSafe charges as a long visit, but uses the code for a short visit). Also, they use some code for the procedure that insurance doesn’t recognize so they keep asking for clarification. I think MoleSafe should care enough for their customers(who pay out of pocket) to help in every way with reimbursement, including using clear and simple codes and explanations.
