This place is terrible! My white clothes got stained, they gave me the wrong bag of laundry, and then there’s their card minimum. Even though they have my card on file, the guy refused to let me pay with it because i missed the minimum by forty cents.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE!
Used to be good when the older guy ran the place. Now a younger guy is there and he is unbelievably rude and does not understand customer service. I had a dress altered a week earlier, he helped me with it too. A very distinct looking dress. When I went to pick it up he denied having the dress. He wouldn’t look for it until I got angry. He had put it under the wrong name and then BLAMED ME for his mistake. The alteration was a mess too. Never again going here!

Some of the people that work there are nice and I liked taking my clothes there… until:
1) i realized all my clothes (especially ones with lace) were falling apart and smelling not-​so-​clean because of the disgusting detergent they use
2) they lost my clothes!!!
I thought I’d give them a chance after giving them my own detergent to use, but losing your customer’s clothes, denying it, and never calling back to follow up on whether the ‘factory’ you send it to still has them or not is just wrong.

over the 2 years we’ve used them for wash-​n-​fold and dry cleaning, we’ve only had good experiences. turnaround is quick, and the staff is super friendly too!

nope. all my white clothes came back pink. and they refused to give me a refund. there are a million places in nyc to get a good wash and fold. there is no reason to go here.

Love the place! No complaints whatsoever. They wash and fold my laundry, wash and press my shirts and pants… what more needs saying?
Is the owner really «Mike»? Regardless, he’s very nice and a pleasure to do business with.
If this is your local laundry, use it.
