I did not care for it here. In my opinion, there are much better options in NYC in terms of workspace/​co-​working. I had numerous disagreements/​disputes with the management and found them challenging to work with. I am much happier at my new location.

First of all when you go to this office it smells like piss. They have a bathroom right by the elevators. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I don’t want to trash this place because the staff is very friendly here and will go out of their way to help you out. The rooms are very clean, and it is a quiet working atmosphere. They have gone out of their way to ensure security which provides good peace of mind. There is ample meeting space, and it is located in a great location of Manhattan. The only negative I have about the building itself is that the elevators are ridiculously slow.
That said, i cannot give it a full stamp of approval because i work in IT consulting and the internet reliability is not great here. I require pretty much 100% uptime (and because i’m realistic, maybe an interruption two or 3 times a month). They seemed to have improved the infrastructure where the internet goes down less, but still, there are too many internet service interruptions/​downtime during the week which potentially is a small business killer.
If i was in a different industry this is a great place to work however. If you are a design firm, in advertising/​marketing, accounting, where it is ok to maybe have 1 hour of service interruptions a week i would definitely recommend this place.
