Most beautiful flowers in NYC and great service.

This is the second time they delivered roses that were completely opened upon arrival.. Meaning they will last a couple of days, if I’m lucky. Roses are supposed to be delivered fresh.
They are known for nice arrangements, but I wouldn’t use them for a lasting delivery. Shame, shame.

Was scrambling last minute to find flowers for my girlfriend because she had a rough day and after several failed attempts at other places I finally came upon michaels and what a relief it was. I walked in unannounced which isn’t probably typical as they strike me as more of a call and order than off the street business place but they handled me great. The women at the desk (I forgot her name) was very nice and immediately helped me out. I explained the situation and while unfortunately it’s the dead of winter and most flowers are out of season she helped me chose what to go with and the staff made the arrangement right in front of me. Took no more than 10 minutes id say and was an overall great experience. I was at my girlfriends apartment this past weekend (a week later) and the flowers despite being just a hair droopy were still going pretty strong (I know nothing about flowers, but a week+ seems like a lot to me for them to last). Anyhow, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be coming here next time I need flowers.
