One of the most horribly mismanaged locations. Took 10 minutes for me to get a semi warm burger. I had to return the fries because they were sitting in the rack so long that they dried up. When I gave her the bad fries, she put them back on the rack to serve to the next person. This was a Sunday at lunch time.
Need a quick meal, go somewhere else. McDonald’s should be this traumatic of an experience.

Tonight, I got an Egg McMuffin because I could and because the L train was down. And when I took pics of it, the crackhead lady in front of me thought I was taking photos of her. Then I went outside and a homeless dude threw up next to me. And I saw a clueless girl trying to cross the street and unaware that she was about to be run over by an ambulance with its siren on. She was staring at her phone. To top it off, I saw a bro riding one of those faux «hoverboards.» #AllDayBreakfast

I don’t go out of my way to review chain restaurants unless it’s a polarizing expierence. Well this was one. Really unprofessional service at the registers. The folks there (not all I hope and not Trying to generalize) really need a crash course on service.
I hope they a hire a little better.

I walked in to grab a quick meal and in must say very disappointed. Service was terrible you are trying to place your order and the cashier is not even paying attention. On top of that you would think when they pass you your order you will get your drink cup. NOPE!!! Lines are all over the place employees are just talking among themselves. Sure socialize but take care of the customers. This place needs major upgrade and new management.

Yeah, this place is super nasty. Slow, inefficient, disorganized… any synonym of those words will do. God bless the staff because they have to deal with clientele that is representative of the seedy underbelly of NYC (myself included).
But even with the staff’s patience, this place is a dirty, disgusting cess pool. Eat here at your own risk.
On a scale of one to skeevy, this place is skeevtacular! I need a shower after just walking in this place.

Bad, not only by McDonald’s standards, but by East Village/​third world McDonald’s standards. The only redeeming quality might be the walk-​up counter outside. Convenient (and common) drunk spot for Stuy Town residents.
This is sadly one of the seemingly shrinking group of McDonald’s locations in the city that has yet to undergo an interior facelift. Seating is extremely limited – maybe a few dozen spots max, which really means maybe 5 or 6 options if you want your proper ‘safe McDonald’s spacing’.
Water is inexplicably absent from the soda machines. One must request a cup of water from behind the counter, which will result in an employee taking a long 30+ foot walk looping all the way through the back of the kitchen. The minute-​plus spent on this ordeal must really add up throughout the workday for staff – it is baffling as to why management would want to create such a hassle for something that is free.

I was here Sunday afternoon after a few hours of drinking. I decided to order off the «dollar» menu. I ordered 2 chipotle bbq crispy chicken snack wraps. The sauce was very tangy and not too spicy (at least for me). The service was quick.

Definitely a grungier McD’s as evidenced by the bum who opens the door for you asking for change, and the 2 or 3 bums hanging out in the store til close. But hey, when you’ve gone out for happy hour and refuse to support Hot and Crusty, sometimes a snack wrap for $ 1.39 and 2 four piece nuggets for $ 1 each hits the spot. My suggestion is to go only when you have a craving and take it to go. there aren’t many «clean» mackeys in the city, and this certainly is one of the dirtier ones.
