Like every McD’s, it has mediocre service with shitty food that would clog up your arteries in a second but yet I still love to eat it. The service is okay but this location is packed with tourists and people who seems to be trapped in some kind of daze. There are roughly three floors of spacious seating but there are people there who just sit there and kind of hang out. I wish McD’s had a more stringent policy for people who just come to read a book and take up 4 chairs by themselves.

Great location… lousy service. Floors where cashiers work are covered with grease and the workers literally«skate» from the register to the soda and fry station. Pity them.

Well, this McDonald seems one of the most busiest ones in town(although I guess all are always very busy). It’s just the location making this branch so special. The food is everywhere the same, but if you got a table close to the window, you have a nice view over the Time Square and its blinking ads. You get service very quickly, but be prepared for some queues, even when you got the food and are looking for a table.

What was I thinking? I guess I was thinking that passed appetizers was not enough a meal make so I stopped in for some nuggets and fries. My mistake, I don’t think they changed the grease for days as nothing was really edible. Yes, yes I know, I’m in NYC why eat at McD’s. It was late, I wanted something fast, lesson learned. p. s. they forgot my apple pie, but I wasn’t about to head back to get it.

Whenever I take a trip to the City(New York/Manhattan), I always stop into this location. While the inside is always in immaculate condition, the outside is just as scenic. I love being able to walk out the door and see Time Square directly in front of me. You can see one of the Times Square buildings from the upper eating platform near the windows. The food may be a bit more pricey, but hey, it’s New York City, for heaven’s sake! But what do you expect? And if Times square isn’t enough to suit your cool, Broadway is about a block to the South of this location.

Cashier Antonio is unite possibly the stupidest cashier ever at any McD. Since this is in times square u expect tons of people with a language barrier in front of the counter. During my visit the language barrier was behind the counter. My cashier Antonio screwed u my order. I ordered 10 piece mgnuggets but he rang up mcckicken sandwich. Rang up tea but brought me coffee. He says«awesome choice» after each item I ordered. Stupid stupid a-hole. Prices highervthan typical NYC McD due to location. Free wifi but sloooow as hell.

This is probably one of the busiest McDonald’s in NYC. It’s constantly packed and filled with locals and tourists. Somehow I always end up going here when friends and relatives visit NYC. «I’m hungry, let’s go to McDonald’s.» It’s like your in one of the greatest cities in the world and there is an endless list of places to eat and you choose here. I can’t argue with that… Some people just want to stay close to the attractions and not venture out. There is a second floor that has model buildings of famous landmarks in NYC. Like the Empire States Building, The Statue of Liberty and so on… It’s always crowded and you end up having to wait for someone to leave the table in order to sit. Take my advice and there is a McDonalds a few blocks away. If it’s summer and the red tables are out. Take your meal to go and eat in the center. That’s what we end up usually doing.

This is very much a relative(to other McDonald’s) review. I’m not a big McDonald’s denizen but I needed some free WiFi, a not so busy spot to do some work, and a coffee. The food is exactly what you’d expect at McD’s but the McDonald’s itself is very unique — as you can see by the photos of this location. It seems that the queue location is a bit narrow which may lead lines to extend outdoors which could be frustrating but when I visited nary a soul was in the building. However, for what it is it’s a very nice McDonalds. If you’re not a fan of the fast food giant(and if not you’ve earned my respect) this location won’t convert you to a clown faithful but if you are it’s worth checking out and the coffee isn’t half bad either.

We’re not usually big fans of McDonalds but we’d had a nice burger and milkshake in the 6th Avenue(11886th Ave) one a few days before and so after standing in the line for the TKTS booth across the street for over an hour, we thought we’d give it another try. We ordered the same meals(Swiss Mushroom Angus burgers and vanilla milkshakes) but they might as well have been completely different burgers. These ones were full of grease and had too much cheese on them, which made them taste very salty. We also had fries this time and they were also very salty. The shakes were thankfully the same as ever. Our first trip to a McDonalds in America had almost changed our opinions about the chain’s food but sadly our meal in the Times Square branch put us right off again. I wouldn’t return there, although I might give the other branch a try again. The artwork upstairs was pretty cool though.

Other reviews say it all, it’s worth the walk to go somewhere else and not deal with this place at all.

I LOVETHEFOOD, I HATETHISLOCATION! It took me 20 mins for 2 large vanilla milkshakes! Really? LAME! You have eaten at Mickey D’s, so there is no need to talk about the quality of the food but just know you will be waiting too damn long for it!
