I brought a pair of Vince sneakers in for some tlc. I thought I’d have to give them up. The cobbler replaced the bottom sole and cleaned them up. Sneakers look like new. I’m very happy with their service.

I brought my heels because my stilettos were way too high and unstable (and I’m pretty good at walking in heels). I thought perhaps if they cut the heel down the shoes would be better. The guy there cut the heels but they were COMPLETELY crooked. The heel was in the wrong place and it was impossible to walk in them. So I asked him to fix it. He said he could change the heels altogether. I expected him to do this free of charge but he actually had the balls to charge me $ 15 for his mistake! I was pissed but it was clear I wasn’t going to get my shoes back without paying. I will never go back here. What a waste of money.

This is a great little shoe-​repair place, and located just where you’re likely to need it most! As a matter of fact, I needed taps on my shoes just a few weeks ago, and got them here – reliable service for a competitive price.
I’m glad to have this store here, and I’m sure I’ll be using them again soon.
