You must go to Mark Dealwis VFV Salon!!!
If you are looking for a best in class experience, this is the place to go. I have been to VFV for cut, color, highlights and blowouts and I am always blown away with the results. You will leave the salon literally feeling a million dollars.
Bottom line… You will not find a better experience in NYC and once you go to VFV you won’t trust anyone else with your hair! I have been going to this salon for 7 years and I just won’t go anywhere else. VFV is amazing!!!

Mark at VFV Salon is a pro. It is the best deal in the city for great highlights. Everyone at the Salon is very professional and kind. The Salon is very clean and well run. I found all staff to be very helpful and professional to the max. This place is gem. And I have frequented some of the top salons in the city.

I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. I travel 1 hour by car and almost 2 hours by train to get there, and that’s just one way. No one does hair like the stylists at this place, and the staff has been nothing but polite, friendly, and courteous. I’ve tried at least 20 local places over he years, maybe even more. But no one does highlights and cuts hair like the stylists I see there. And no, I’m not going to give their names, because I will never be able to get an appt there again if I do.

I dont trust my hair to just anyone. Im new to the city and spent some time looking at salons. This place is close to me and seemed nice. I didn’t even get to the haircut. Went in to make an appointment and the receptionist had a bad attitude like I was inconveniencing her trying to make an appointment. Complete turn off. I walked out because she was completely unhelpful with trying to get me an appointment. Even had me undo my hair so she could see how long it is… Why should that matter? What if I had called instead of walked in? Very unprofessional.

Mark has been doing my hair for so long!!. He is a great colorist and always knows exactly what hair cut suits my face. He blends color to perfection and I’m always so in love with my hair every time he does it. I love this place! He is so good at what he does and I recommend him to anyone that wants a fab do!!!
