Manny lived up to his reputation. He came promptly and assessed the situation without beating about the bush. He was honest enough to say that I don’t need any work done at this time as the ejector pump is working fine.
Wow — what a relief to find such an honest plumber!
I will definitely call him when I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Make this your first call because Manny is the man! Great service from start to finish! I had a toilet issue late at night. He answered the phone immediately, confirmed through email, and was on the job quickly. Household disasters don’t work 9−5… they happen any time. I’m please with the service, professionalism, and convenience. Other plumbers had answering services and never got back to me. If there were 6 stars… I’d give them to Manhattan Sewer Drain

Manny was amazing. He is the Drain Doctor for sure. He just left after quickly assessing the problem, then clearing the clog which another plumber had spent 2 hours trying to get at with a snake. Manny was here for 15 minutes. I am so pleased with Manny’s professionalism and service. Highly recommended. He is the man!

I have a old claw tub and the drainage was worsening day to day. I tried Draino, enzymes, as well as snaking it myself without any success. I realized it was time to call in reinforcements so i took to google looking for a plumber close to my apt (LES). I found
, explained the problem and Manny gave me an estimate on the phone and emailed me a service request in PDF. He was able to solve the problem using a commercial snake machine. He was on time, friendly and professional and at a very fair price for manhattan. Thank you !

When my bathtub was draining water slowly I got on Skype and contacted several plumbers. I was surprised at how many plumbers wanted to charge me to come over just to look, and one company wanted to charge me for parking. Of all the companies I contacted, Manhattan Sewer Drain was definitely the best. The price was reasonable and I was not going to be charged just for someone to come over and look, or to park. We agreed on the price and date and from that moment on, it was smooth sailing. I received emails confirming the appointment and reminders as well. When Manny came over he snaked the drain and showed me that there was some caulking blocking it. In fact, I had the tub recaulked recently and that piece was partially blocking the drain and the buildup continued. Manny was on time, profession, friendly and did the job quickly. Service was impeccable. It was a great experience and I can recommend the company without reservation.
