They are fantastic! Mike and Leon were incredibly professional, responsive, and diligent. We bought a new place, and had a variety of unexpected plumbing needs. Mike and Leon responded incredibly quickly and not only helped solve the problems, they educated us through the whole process. They never pushed or tried to upsell us, and in fact, helped us find ways to save money. Their customer service is second-​to-​none. We will call them any time we have a plumbing issue, and I’d recommend them without hesitation!

Our heat went out tonight — a cold Friday night in January. Oh no!
Fortunately, NYC Mechanical Services was open and George, who answered the phone, said someone could be at our place in about an hour. Really??? :) Yes, really.
Costas showed up and very quickly got our heat working again. Hurray!

I had a plumbing emergency during one of the snow storms and George came over on a Saturday and saved the day. He was both extremely professional and competent. His pricing was also fair and easy to understand. I will be using him the next time that I have a plumbing problem for sure!
