This is for Dr. Decotis herself. I went to see the Doctor for an annual physical as she is extremely close to my office and my amazing lovely doctor from Murray Hill medical group was extremely busy. Oh my how I regret going to her. Firstly, they did not provide me with my test results until I gave them a call and requested that they forward them to me. Their response was that the office manager was going to have to forward them to me. I did not receive a call at all, but they did send the results. I do not know how to read these medical tests so would have loved to discussed it with someone who does. Three weeks later I called again and simply set up an appointment to actually have someone tell me if there is anything wrong in my tests. Office visit and copayment later, doctor finally tells me that im vitamin D deficient and sells me her liquid form of Vitamin D because apparently nothing else on the market works. LIES!!! Any who, finally after sitting down and reviewing this thing on my own because I simply didnt trust her, I noted that the test was run as though I was in a non-fasting state(when I was fasting for over 13 hours). This is important when you are comparing your levels for diabetic reasons. When called to discuss this matter with the doctor, she never called back. They do not return phone calls! Seems to me like they don’t have outgoing calling enabled? I can go on for hours why I do not like this office nor the doctor. She is quick to jump to medication for anything. «Oh you lost your keys to the apartment, that sounds stressful maybe some Xanax shall help.» «Oh your lost your appetite in the last day, you should start drinking Y pill» Sorry. Doc doesn’t care. Office is unorganized. Malpractice waiting to happen, if it didn’t already.

I am long distance and spoke with Tracy at length. I purchased over $ 250 in vitamins in 2 orders. They charged I believe $ 20 for shipping each order, which was rediculious but I wanted the products recommended. I called the other day and explain that I was out of some of the product that I wanted to write letter but also wanted some new products. Long story short I sent out all the new products but none of the product I wanted read ordered to start with. When I called back the receptionist was extremely short with me and basically what I was asking for was that I would pay for the items not shipped but I wasn’t paying another 20 or $ 25 in shipping which I thought was more than fair. The receptionist came back on the line and told me she’s more than happy to send out the missing product but I would have to pay for shipping. What happened to customer service? Do they really not care about keeping a client happy over $ 20??? So I will be looking for my vitamins elsewhere and I will only work with the company that cares about their clients and thrives one good customer service. These people need to learn how to treat who keeps their lights on!
