I had high hope for this clinic because they work with ZocDoc, which made my appointment booking so much easier and efficient. However, it went downhill after I got to the office. I waited for almost an hour there even though I had an appointment. The nurse and the doctor were both very apologetic and sincere but that was still an hour wasted sitting around.
I really like my primary doctor here and I would go back for her. Yet, I really hope they would really be better with time management.

This is the worst doctors office in Manhattan. They make you wait for 2 hrs from the time of your appointment. They are rude and unprofessional. They have no idea what’s going on with the patients and are the most disorganized doctor’s office I’ve ever been to in my life.
