Do not buy! You will be sorry! The Formaldehyde in their wood products so strong I had to remove and lost 5000.00.I became sick and my dog gnawed at her feet! The vet said it was a symptom of formaldehyde like my bronchitis .They will not help you or return your money! I wish I could leave no stars!

Here’s the problem: Lumber Liquidators uses terrible subcontractors. Lumber Liquidators gave me a fair price and decent quality flooring and the national corporate headquarters were ok to work with. The problem is they subcontract out all their estimates and the actual flooring work itself. That means, the men or women who show up to actually inspect your place and install your floors are not the Lumber Liquidators(«LL») people, but some other independent floorer or entity hired by LL, and, based on TWO flooring experiences, I can tell you LL is using subpar subcontractors to do their work and not holding them accountable for being timely, efficient or even competent at their jobs. It’s frustrating to call LL and speak with a polite, knowledgeable person on the phone and then have their cheap subcontractor show up and be abrasive, incapable, late(several times during my first floor installation they just failed to show up at all and other subcontractors had to be called in — it was beyond unprofessional). My advice to LL is to get qualified, well trained subcontractors and HOLDTHEMACCOUNTABLE for their mess ups and, when they mess up, be responsible to the customer and«make it right,» as it were. Right now, LL is NOT doing that. I shouldn’t have given them a second chance, but based on their price and product, I did. I’m sorry about that now.

They do not stand by their product if anything goes wrong… and with the installers they recommend, something is bound to go wrong. I wasted thousands of dollars by purchasing from lumber liquidators.
