I bought an oven(very basic, no frills, first model on display, you’d think plenty of stock, right?) on Saturday and was supposed to get it delivered on Monday. I was given three different delivery windows on Monday, all of which passed. Each time I would have to either call the store or the delivery service in New Jersey(once I was told the delivery service doesn’t like bridges or tolls). On Tuesday I called the store from which my item was supposed to be shipped and because the version of my stove that they had was an open-box item,(?) they didn’t have it. Maybe the Brooklyn store would have it? So Brooklyn called me. They set up a Friday delivery date. My fingers are crossed but we’ll see. I have been a Lowe’s customer for 30 years since shopping there growing up in North Carolina. They definitely had a quality customer service experience back then but their butt is getting kicked in NYC.

Horrible experience. They wouldn’t honor the price on the sign right behind us at the check out. Make sure you check the price they charge vs the sign.
