There are not many high quality juice bars in the city anymore, so this place is like a little hidden gem tucked inside a Holiday Inn! I was never into juicing before I started working here a few weeks ago, but I’ve come to like juices a lot: D Everything’s made fresh on the spot and I appreciate how transparent all the ingredients are. No added sugars or ingredients that you can’t even pronounce… just straight up juice. And as someone who’s a busy nursing student and can’t remember to eat an apple a day, I like to treat these juices as a supplement to the much needed vitamins and fiber that’s missing in my diet, haha… My favorite is jicama healing(which helps boost immune system and kind of tastes like apple juice) and calm beet. I’d recommend cashew date smoothie too. ***Secret barista tip: Ask for a little steamed milk and liquid sugar(if you’d like) added to the Rose Tea on the menu and you’ll have a Rose Tea Latte! If you’re tired of green tea lattes, this is a nice little twist: P Try it :) Enjoy!***

My sister brought the juice home for me after her work, and the juices are so good. I was hesitant at first because I’ve tried different pressed juices and they have tasted horrible, therefore scaring me from wanting to try others. Surprisingly, the juices from here are really good and I love the combos of the products put into the juices, considering I am very picky with what goes into my body. Definitely would want to go back to pick up a few more on an occasional basis. The fruits and veggies they put in are organic, which is a plus for those who are trying to eat healthy.

I’ve been working here since the store opened in November as a barista. I also thoroughly enjoy the juices, smoothies, coffees, and other concoctions brewed up here. From behind the counter I can confirm that every single ingredient is indeed organic, including the soap to wash the dishes, and the recipes are a unique mixture of Chinese herbal ideologies and western taste buds. We make the juices fresh everyday in the store and then bottle them up to be sold on location. My favorite smoothies are the Cashew Date and the Berry Rich, which also seem to be ordered frequently by other people. Additionally, theres a serioussss espresso machine with our own organic blend of coffee beans, and i was sent to an espresso class by the company to learn how to use it and properly serve up some nice cups of Joe. The owner and management are super friendly and accommodating to both customers and us, the staff. The company is basically a super high quality mom-and-pop beverage bar, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it blossoms into more locations. If you’re around the Holiday Inn near Wall Street, come through and get free samples of the various kinds of juices, grab a nice cup of coffee, get a smoothie and a cup of tea, or just say what’s up!

A hidden gem found inside holiday inn! I absolutely love the juices here and love how it’s so close to my work place. I would usually come here weekly for my cold pressed juice during my lunch break. The workers are so knowledgeable and helpful and the place is well kept and clean. There are many options to choose from and I love the fact that it tells me which juice is good such as slim, rejuvenate or detox. My favorite would have to be the beet. Also, the packaging is absolutely adorable with the tag and the glass bottle. Also the price might be fairly high, it is totally worth it! Highly recommend for those that want healthy and fresh juice!

Their juices are made of organic, cold pressed, and the taste is really out of my expectation — it is so delicious that I love it at once. If you like a nutrtional drink, then I will say this is a very good place to go

A pleasant find in a Holiday Inn that I happened to pass by on a freezing cold day — it was sort of hidden in the lobby with a view through a glass wall but no store sign so you have to wander in to see what they’re serving. It’s a nice change from going to Starbucks cause there was no line so no wait and the baristas were pretty friendly. They told me that all their products were organic and focused on improving people’s health. That would explain their prices. So I just wanted a hot drink to warm up, and there was coffee, tea, and matcha latte to choose from. I got a small matcha latte since that’s right up my alley for tasty yumminess, which by the way, was made perfectly where the green tea powder was fully dissolved and just the right amount of sweetness that didn’t overtake the green tea flavor/bitterness. They also had juice behind a glass case in glass bottles which I plan on getting the next time I’m in the area. The barista offered samples of three flavors which was really nice of him cause who doesn’t like free samples? Out of the three, I especially liked the berry one called Forever Young and the matcha juice, Matcha Morning, so I’ll probably get one of those in the future. Overall, a very satisfying experience with my drink, the barista, and the convenience of its location being near my boyfriend’s apartment.

I try it on the day my friend and I have a long drive. The taste is great and I like it! And the surprise is those ingredients are organic.
