Little Caesar’s Pizza

The one Little Caesar’s that’s close enough to campus, and there HAD to be issues. I ordered two batches of Krazy Bread, one was sitting in the warming display (for what I knew from instinct was a long time), and the other one was being made from scratch. When the cook delivered two fresh bags of Krazy Bread to the front, the cashier gave me one of the fresh batches, but then gave me the old/​stale one that had been just sitting there inside the warming display. When I kindly asked to have the stale batch exchanged for one of the other fresh ones, the cashier insisted that «they’re all fresh.» Well imagine my correctness with the man being a blatant liar when I took a bite out of the stale batch when I got back to campus. Next time I come back here, I won’t be as yielding, or forgiving.

So, you might be wondering, why am I going out of my way to add this business and write a review on Unilocal for Little Caesars?
It’s because this place’s service is through-​the-​roof awesome!
Finding decent service in Harlem is hard, finding sub-​par service in a chain restaurant is like a needle in a haystack.
This Little Caesar’s is absolutely amazing in service, wait time, and makes me wish that every other restaurant 3 star plus could learn from the staff here.
Will definitely be tipping on my next visit.
