They accommodate any request I make! If they make mistake, they give me credit for the next time I go. I love this place! Ive been coming here a decade now for lunch. Best in the neighborhood

Service is horrible, the woman that takes the order is rude, I ordered nachos and I literally saw the «cook» pick up the cheese with his bare hands! I told the woman I didn’t want the order and left! I also have heard from a friend that she found Hair in her rice and beans ! Never ever will I spend my money here again, simply anti hygienic!

Horrible service. Salty food. If you don’t speak their language, they completely ignore you and you have to demand service. I ate with plastic rather than silverware, like everyone else. Not recommended.

Customer service is biased and deplorable. The male employee upfront cannot handle the lunch rush hour and felt the need to be disrespectful. I walked out and will never return to this establishment. My dollars will be going elsewhere in the neighborhood. Beware: The Department of Health cited Lily’s Café for mice droppings and vermin. Save your health and time.

it’s bad enough they forgot half of my order, but at the very least i expected good, greasy dive food from a local spot… DID NOT HAPPEN!!! The food was cold, some undercooked, the other overcooked. when i say overeasy, i MEAN overeasy! when i called to inquire about my order, they kept me on the line for 15 minutes trying to figure out what happened! It’s so bad, you are better off going to McDonald’s for breakfast!
