This place is an asylum… I have been shopping here for 15 years and have spent well in excess of $ 100,000 in that time. A simple order for a $ 600 lamp turned into a nightmare… Rachel in lighting placed an order in May and charged my CC, but forgot to place order, a month later Ed put in a re order with the caveat of a 2 week wait, 2 weeks later he stopped taking calls, then Anthony the owner manager type assured me in person that Id have it in a week, 2 weeks later he hasn’t returned calls. The phone attendant is no help as well. Probably they are just getting ready to sell their very valuable real estate and will close down. Sad really this used to be one of my favorite vendors, especially Ed’s sunshine demeanor and warm personality. Sad but true.

This place has a great selection of merchandise. But its service is worse than non-existent. I recently bought two expensive Stressless lounge chairs and ottomans from them. After a lengthy delay they were delivered and the deliverymen assembled them. They came with a tray attached to the armchair, which we discovered after the men left tilted badly. We complained and got bounced around. We were finally told they don’t warrant their furniture and I should call the manufacturer, who said Lee’s are the ones responsible. This went on for months, after which the manufacturer sent the regional sales manufacturer over to our house and he discovered that the chairs had been improperly assembled. He took them apart and re-assembled them. The tray is now straight, the armrests, which were on backward look much better and everything is fine. I also had a very bad experience with them in 2009 regarding some expensive lighting fixtures I bought from them. I guess I should have stopped buying from them then, but they have such nice products that I was stupid enough to go back,

This was my go-to store for years. No longer. Their customer service is horrendous. «Nothing is our fault! We don’t promise anything! We will call you back!!» These are their mantras now. As I had bought many thousand dollars worth of lighting and furniture from them, I recommended them to a friend who trusted me. Instead, the lamps she ordered in January never arrived(it’s now mid April). She had to call back over and over, since no one would call her back, and when she did get through she was told«they’re coming next week.» All lies. At the end if her rope, she gave up «ok, cancel this order since you can’t deliver». Their response? «No, no cancellations!» She will have to fight it out with the credit card company. So fair warning: like the other review said, look but don’t buy there”

This store is the biggest rip off. Be very careful when you order fixtures. I ordered a fixture and got my receipt, which was just a bunch of numbers. There was no description of the fixture. When the fixture arrived it was the square version not the round I had ordered. The sales person wrote it up wrong and admitted it! Now I have been charged a 35% restocking fee for their mistake, they sat that is the return policy. It’s outrageous, that added up to a few hundred dollars for me. So far they have done nothing to help. The frustration I have dealing with this company is beyond compare. I would strongly advise that you stay away from this store… you can look but do not buy from them.
