Extremely annoyed! I called several times and checked their website to make sure they took my insurance. After we arrived for our appointment and filled up all the paper work did the receptionist tell me they don’t accept my insurance when I offered to give her our card. I told her I called and checked the website and it said they took our insurance. She was very unhelpful and unapologetic and did not deny that what I said was not true. When I called they even told me to make sure I had my insurance card. This was such a huge waste of time and effort and when you have a 2 year old scheduling is everything. Very disappointing! I went to dentist office next door who gladly told us they took our insurance and were very helpful.

My 2 kids have been going to Dr Limb for years. He’s amazing with kids… I’m sure it helps that he has 2 little ones of his own. His office is extremely kid-​friendly in every way. Believe it or not, my girls actually look forward to going to the dentist.
We moved to Long Island (to an area where there’s a concentration of medical offices of all kinds — near LIJ hospital) a few years ago, but we won’t even dare to think about taking the girls to any other dentist.
Do your research — you’ll discover that Dr Limb’s credentials, clinical experience and professional experience are all very impressive… and it shows once you meet him.
Highly competent dentist, super kid-​friendly office, friendly and professional staff… what more could you ask for!
